既來之，則安之，痛苦與羞辱留到以後再說。兩人組了民謠樂隊Flight Of The Conchords，找來同為紐西蘭老鄉的經紀人Murray，希望藉助他的「專業」，曝光宣傳與安排表演。沒料到Murray的脫線與無厘頭，相較Bret與Jemaine根本不遑多讓，這三名活寶就這樣跌跌撞撞在紐約搖滾場景裡胡亂闖關。
