劇情簡介
這是一部描寫中國非法移民在紐約打工與生活的故事。劇中主角丁明，在電影一開始尚未起床就遭到兩名黑道份子闖入傢中毆打他，並命令他當天要交出偷渡 來美國的高利貸費用800美金，於是他開始瞭瘋狂忙碌的一天。在餐廳打工的同伴甚至於為瞭他犧牲自己的工作時數，隻為瞭幫助他能早日還清債務。整部片就在跟拍丁明一天工作過程下，呈現瞭非法移民不為人知的真實面。扮演丁明的演員：Charles Jang，是一名美籍韓裔人，他為瞭這部片還特別到臺灣學瞭一年的中文，整部片以普通話貫穿全戲，搶戲的餐廳經理一角是由李雲娣所扮演，而這部以導演鄒時擎住所的樓下餐廳為主景的電影，在極低的預算下，拍出瞭讓人驚艷的戲劇性與張力，是一部相當感人與必看的佳作。
