劇情簡介

沃特（丹澤爾•華盛頓 Denzel Washington 飾）是一名紐約地鐵調度員，負責控制各條線路的調配運營。某日，一群恐怖分子劫持瞭地鐵123號線，匪首雷德（約翰•屈伏塔 John Travolta 飾）為前美國雇傭兵，聲言要提供1000萬贖金才釋放人質。巧的是，該數額正式保險金、商業貸款等提取的上限。地鐵123號線在隧道裡飛馳，乘警多人斃命，司機被挾持，乘客人人自危。沃特因工作失職被調離，後因雷德點名，才被迫參與談判，面對貪污的質問，他的坦誠拯救瞭一名年輕乘客的生命。面對劫匪提出的高額贖金和苛刻條件，紐約市長如坐針氈，正當他準備劃破錢款平息事端之時，喪心病狂的劫匪又突然改變瞭主意。作為高速運輸管理局要員，沃特決定用自己替換人質，與劫匪展開瞭一場驚心動魄的生死搏鬥……Video
