劇情簡介

男人，就是要逆流而上。阿龍(吳鎮宇飾)、淑儀(潘燦良飾)、泰哥(黃德斌飾)、威廉(胡子彤飾)，四個高不成低不就、做事得過且過的寬頻網絡公司員工，見公司掀起瞭裁員風暴，為表對公司忠誠以「保飯碗」，誤打誤碰地加入瞭公司新成立的龍舟隊！面對男人之苦，這班本來選擇逃避的大叔們，坐到隻許前進不許後退的龍舟之上，竟重拾瞭人生久違瞭的沖勁。一鼓作氣的他們，不但參與瞭難度更高的長途龍舟大賽，更借著重新燃起的鬥志，邁步去迎接自己人生裡一道又一道的逆流…
