簡 介
Nojet在經歷潦倒的一生之後，於68歲時因為父親的去世繼承瞭斯德哥爾摩市中心的一座公寓樓。這本是好事一樁，但她卻發現樓內7層住戶的租房合同是非法的，而通過自己侄子的解釋，她知曉瞭個中原委並感到幻滅，於是轉向律師Lex尋求幫助。她發現自己陷入瞭完全的混亂當中。她的同父異母的兄弟，房子裡的租客，這些都讓她頭疼不已，但也讓她逐漸成長為一名為自己事業而奮鬥的鬥士。此刻擺在她面前的有兩種選擇：維持現狀，或將它賣掉。影片運用諷刺喜劇的方式，反映瞭這座城市的住房危機問題。
