劇情簡介

法國喜劇片。阿嘉特·維拉諾瓦是新近踏入政界的女權主義者，她回到法國南部傢鄉停留10天，以便幫助她妹妹弗洛朗絲整理母親過世後留下的遺物。弗洛朗絲有丈夫和孩子，卻和電視導演米歇爾搞婚外情。米歇爾在這傢人的老女仆的兒子卡裡姆的幫助下，說服阿嘉特接受采訪，以便拍攝一部有關“成功 的女人”的紀錄片。

阿加莎·維昂諾娃，剛剛步入政壇的女權論者，回到她位於法國南部的兒時寓所，幫助妹妹弗羅倫斯料理一年前去世的母親的後事。

阿加莎不喜歡這塊地方，她一有能力便離開瞭這裡。然而，命運將她安插於此，準備下一任行政官的競選。

這所房子裡還住著弗羅倫斯和她的老公、孩子，還有米姆納——維昂諾娃一傢在阿爾及利亞獨立時從阿帶到法國來的女傭。

米姆納的兒子卡裡姆，跟朋友米歇爾張羅著給阿加莎拍一部紀錄片，籌備他們的“成功女人”系列。
