劇情簡介
《雷神》和《灰姑娘》的英國導演、莎翁戲劇大師肯尼思·佈拉納（Kenneth Branagh）即將為20世紀福克斯公司翻拍阿加莎·克裡斯蒂（Agatha Christie）的偵探懸疑小說《東方快車謀殺案》（Murder on the Orient Express）的消息。
福克斯宣佈，肯尼思·佈拉納不僅將擔任導演，同時還將出演片中主角——比利時大偵探赫克爾·波洛（Hercule Poirot）！波洛是阿加莎筆下最著名的角色之一，曾出現在她33部小說之中。
1934年出版的小說《東方快車謀殺案》描寫瞭發生在著名的“東方快車”上一起離奇命案，每個人都有作案的嫌疑，比利時大偵探波洛（Hercule Poirot）經過縝密的、抽絲剝繭的邏輯分析，終於讓案情大白於天下。
據悉，新版的《東方快車謀殺案》將由萊德利·斯科特（Ridley Scott）、賽蒙·金伯格（Simon Kinberg）、馬克·高頓（Mark Gordon）聯合出品，《銀翼殺手2》的編劇邁克爾·格林（Michael Green）將負責劇本的改編。
如果《東方快車謀殺案》取得票房成功，福克斯還將把更多波洛破案的故事搬上大銀幕。
