劇情簡介

伊迪?阿敏?達達（Idi Amin Dada），烏幹達20世紀70年代保守爭議的統治者。1971年率領部隊發動政變，在位期間積極向外擴張，在國內則實行高壓統治，排除異己。一系列獨裁手段使其在國際上聲名狼藉。
為瞭挽回聲譽，阿敏邀請瞭一個法國紀錄片工作組拍攝他日程工作起居的影片。導演巴貝特?舒萊德（bet Schroeder）並未將影片拍攝成歌功頌德的吹捧之作，他刪除阿敏大段的演講畫面，而更側重對其真實性情的刻畫。影片已經上映引起轟動，卻也觸怒瞭阿敏，他要求劇組對影片重新剪輯，並將在烏幹達逗留的法國人扣為人質。此舉震驚世界。Video
