劇情簡介

榮與辱共蒂，生與死同根。兒子恩燦因救同學基鉉而溺斃，父母消沉於喪子之痛。眼見基鉉被一群少年欺凌， 經營裝修生意的父親決意收他為徒，教他自力更生，母親對他亦由抗拒變為接納。基鉉仿佛替代瞭兒子角色， 三人如傢人般越靠越近。恩燦死亡的真相突然曝光，榮耀反變為屈辱，憤怒淹沒瞭同情，令父母陷入良知掙紮的深淵。申東錫以第三者冷峻視角，溫柔又殘忍將人生難以承受的痛嫁接於父母身上，從傢庭的不幸暴露整個社區的醜惡。憐憫，是更大的傷害，還是唯一的救贖？
